I met Marta eight years ago when she worked in London. We have kept in touch and when lockdown set in, we reconnected with training. I tried her month programme to start with just to see how I’d take to online training. It was tough at first, having been used to face-to-face training but I soon got the hang of it.
The videos are excellent, and every move is so clearly explained. As part of the three-month programme, we have video chats to sort out any difficulties with form. I regularly send videos to show Marta how I perform the moves. She gets back to me within the same day or the next day to give me further advice and encouragement.
Recently we compared my body shape when I started the online training with body shape four months in. The change is remarkable. I feel stronger every day, my mobility has improved considerably as has my posture.
I would thoroughly recommend Marta as a personal trainer. She tailors every programme to meet individual needs and each programme builds on the previous programme. Marta is a great teacher as well as trainer. She encourages and challenges just as every excellent teacher should.
