How Training With Me Works
Step One: Understanding Your Fitness Goals and How I Can Help You
We'll meet to discuss your goals and assess your current fitness level.
We'll go through your lifestyle, current exercise routine, and any challenges you've faced in fitness so far.
I’ll be able to go through my initial thoughts on what I think may work for you and you can ask me any questions too.

Step Two: Devising your Personal Training Plan
I'll spend a few hours behind the scenes putting together your initial training plan.
I’ll be taking into consideration your lifestyle, commitments, fitness, nutrition and more to make sure it’s a plan that is both achievable and successful.


Step Three: Our First Live Virtual Session
In the first session we’ll go straight into your first work out - so come dressed, hydrated and ready to work!
I’ll take you through each exercise focusing on your form and technique, so that we are both confident that you’re doing things correctly and effectively.
Step Four: Ongoing Sessions
As part of your tailored plan, you will be expected to workout 3 - 4 times a week. This will normally be a mix of strength training, conditioning and cardio, and tailored to your needs.
Depending on the programme you’ve chosen we will meet live multiple times through the week; once a week; or once a month. Read more about the packages here.
Regardless of your plan, you can always contact me to receive feedback on your form, technique or any other questions or doubts you may have - I’ll be here for you.


Step Five: Adapt Your Plan
In general, we’ll stick with your training plan for four weeks* - after this time you should have seen some improvement in fitness and be a bit closer to your goals.
We’ll then adapt your programme to suit your new fitness level and change anything that may not be working.
*During our live sessions, I’ll be assessing what’s working and what may need tweaking, and will adapt your exercises and sessions based on this. So there may be some minor changes within the first month.
Accountability Partner
Consistency is key to achieving your goals. With me as your personal trainer, you will always have someone in your corner making sure you show up to your work out.
I’ll be there every step of the way to support you with messages, you can send me videos to make sure your technique is on form, or choose a programme that means we can meet up 1:1 over our weeks together.
I can be tough and will motivate you to keep working out, but I also understand that life can get in the way.
If you’ve had a bad night and haven’t had much sleep - perhaps you were ill, your child kept you up or you had to stay up and work towards a deadline; that is fine - I can adapt that day’s session to suit your energy levels where necessary whilst also making sure the workout is effective.
I’ll be there to celebrate your wins and to help you get back on track throughout the programme. Everyone is human, and life can sometimes make it hard to prioritise your goals. We’re in this together!

Programme One
Online Live Coaching
£65 per hour
- Live Training Sessions:
Join me 3-4 times per week for live sessions tailored specifically to your goals.
Each session is designed to keep you progressing and focused on achieving results. - Real-Time Support and Guidance:

My dedicated support keeps you motivated and accountable, helping you feel confident, strong, and capable with every workout.
Programme Two
Hybrid Live Coaching
£210 per month
- Weekly Live Session:
Join me once a week for a 45-60 minute live session.
These sessions focus on checking your progress, fine-tuning your technique, and pushing your limits.
Every session is designed to challenge your body with dynamic, “shock” training to keep your routine effective and exciting. - Personalised Training Program:
Receive a customised workout plan with two additional sessions to complete on your own each week.
Workouts are tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule to ensure consistent progress. - Stay Supported and Connected:
Weekly live coaching helps you stay motivated, accountable, and on track.
Use the Marta Nardi Fitness app for regular check-ins, messaging, and ongoing support whenever you need guidance.

Online Strength and Conditioning Programme
£120 per month
- Weekly Training Plan
Enjoy a structured program with 3 workouts per week.
2 strength sessions focused on building power and resilience.
1 conditioning / circuit session to boost endurance and energy.

Join me once a month for a live session to assess your form, fitness level, and progress.
This is your chance to refine techniques, stay on track, and ensure every workout is working for you. - Unlimited Technique Feedback:
Get unlimited feedback on your technique by submitting videos anytime.
